Christiana Care Health System (CCHS) is looking to add another dynamic Faculty Physician to join its Family Medicine Residency as Associate Program Director.  Board-certified Family Medicine physicians with a passion for providing clinical, educational, and scholarly activities are urged to apply. CCHS is a twice-designated Magnet facility and a dominant leader in the Mid-Atlantic with 80% market share in Delaware.

Position Highlights and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the clinical teaching (inpatient and outpatient) of Family Medicine
  • Precept residents and medical students
  • Participate in the resident recruitment and interview process and serve as a trusted mentor to residents and junior faculty
