We invite you to join the multidisciplinary faculty of the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine in the School of Medicine, University of Utah. We are expanding our clinical and educational programs in the Division of Family Medicine. This position involves direct patient care in our family medicine outpatient clinics. This position blends primary care and sports medicine. You will be joining a strong family medicine faculty group and have opportunities for teaching family medicine residents, medical students, and other health science trainees.
- Board certification by The American Board of Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Utah State medical license
- Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Sports Medicine
- Experience in clinical medicine, teaching and scholarship is preferred.
- 0.8-0.9 – Clinical care and resident precepting
- 0.1-0.2 – Education and scholarship
- Scholarly projects
- Teaching in didactic and small group formats
- Mentorship and evaluation of residents
