Board Certified Family Physician – Berlin, VT
The Department of Family Medicine at the University of Vermont/UVM Medical Center invites applications for a board certified family physician. Family Medicine Berlin is a site for transformed health care delivery practice at The University of Vermont Medical Center. Experience in Patient-Centered Medical Homes, Quality reporting and Accountable Care is encouraged.
Clinical focus, experience in primary care settings and teaching will be influential in the selection. Priority will be given to persons who have experience providing family medicine clinical services in an academic setting. The academic appointments will be commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will join a busy and collegial program. The clinical appointment will be at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, commensurate with experience in our clinical scholar pathway. Our program supports academic and professional growth while affording excellent quality of life. Our faculty participates with teaching in our family medicine residency education program and our medical student educational programs. Our 6:6:6 residency program is fully accredited.
UVMMC Berlin is located at Central Vermont Medical Center (CVMC) in Berlin, Vermont. CVMC is a community hospital partner of The University of Vermont Health Network. In addition to practicing as part of an experienced, collaborative team and teaching in the Department of Family Medicine at UVM with our residents and students, our faculty enjoys:

The practice does outpatient care only, benefitted by a robust hospitalist program at CVMC. Call for the practice is 1 in 5.
